I'm easy to talk to and aim to make therapy feel like that honest conversation you’ve been needing—supportive, real, and refreshing. Sessions are always tailored to your goals in a warm, welcoming space. Using client-centered treatment approaches, I will help you regain control of your life, and feel empowered to become the best version of yourself. I also offer clinical supervision for pre-licensed professionals and B/MSW students and pre-clinical practitioners.
