Hi, I’m Megan, (she/they), a queer and ADHD therapist who understands what it’s like to feel out of sync in systems that were never built for us. I work with adults and teens navigating trauma, identity exploration, anxiety, shame, burnout, and emotional overwhelm with a deep respect for your lived experience and neurotype. As someone who has experienced trauma, I offer a space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or shrink yourself. You're not broken you’re whole as you are. Outside the therapy room, I’m usually camping, hiking, or hanging out with my dogs being in nature is one of my favorite ways to reset and reconnect.
