My career path has afforded me the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. My approach is one that is grounded in unconditional positive regard, respect, and empathy. I specialize in adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, childhood trauma, self-esteem issues and everyday life stressors. With over 9 years of individual and group counseling, I look forward to continuing to positively impact the lives of others.
