Hello, my name is Megan Lawrence-Ferreira, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. Life can be full of uncertainty often leading us to unexpected changes, challenges, and moments that leave us feeling lost or overwhelmed. But within that uncertainty lies the possibility for growth, healing, and the joy of new beginnings. I believe therapy is a powerful starting point for transformation, and I am honored to walk alongside individuals as they rediscover their strength, purpose, potential, and begin to tap in to their true selves. I am not a healer, and you are not broken. You are full of purpose. My role is to align with you as you forge a new path toward health, healing, and wholeness. I utilize an integrative approach to psychotherapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), humanistic principles, and strength-based techniques.
