Thank you for being here, and for taking the time to learn a bit about who I am and what our work together would look like. As a therapist, I strive to hold space for and affirm people of all identities, and am passionate about supporting you in establishing healthy boundaries and relationships, navigating past trauma and current life transitions, and managing symptoms of anxiety or depression. I will use my 14 years of clinical experience, my training in trauma-informed theories such as EMDR, and my care for you as a human being to uplift your strengths and validate you throughout the therapeutic process. Once we've explored what you hope to work on, we will identify strengths, resources, and supports, use trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions, and communicate frequently to ensure that you feel you are progressing towards your goals.
