I want to first welcome you to either your first step in your mental health journey, or your continued journey. As a therapist my practice has focused on trauma work and trauma informed care with adolescents and adults. Understanding how trauma can impact your mind, body, and even your identified community can be a relief and my hope is to help you through you ideal state. I have worked closely with clients dealing with various anxiety and depressive disorders. My hope is to create a safe space for clients and work with their strengths in order to meet their desired outcomes. First sessions are a wonderful space to get to know one another. I believe in the power of therapeutic rapport, so during our first session we go over what to expect in our sessions, my background, and more importantly taking time to get to know you.
