I am a licensed professional counselor who works with adolescents and adults in a non-judgemental, interactive and supportive manner. I work with my clients to address and resolve emotional difficulties including feelings of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship conflicts, negative thoughts or behaviors that interfere with their daily life and overall well-being. My primary therapy orientation is person-centered, as I believe that one of the most important aspects of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and the client. I feel that my role as a therapist is to create an environment of trust and support in which my clients can safely explore areas of concern.
