I believe we are all doing the very best we know how to do, and that people seek therapy to learn new ways, ways that help make their lives and relationships work better. It is my honor to support people that are in pain and confusion to learn a better way. I am here to serve as a mirror and a guide so that you can find who you really are and how to more fully express that. I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 29699) since 1997 and practicing in a variety of settings ever since, including Private Practice, County Behavioral Health and Non-profit agencies.
