I am skilled in helping adult and older adult Clients to reduce the intensity, duration, and frequency of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that they feel are getting in the way of their ability to function and experience happiness, peace, and contentedness. We work to increase self-esteem, stability, and reconnect with a sense of purpose.
