Welcome! I’m so happy you are here. I offer therapy for adults throughout the lifespan, ranging from late teens to seniors. I specialize in clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, body image issues, grief and loss, compassion fatigue, and gender and sexual identity exploration. I am adaptable in my treatment style and believe that supporting my clients’ needs by fostering the therapeutic relationship is key. I approach therapy with curiosity, sincerity, humor and warmth.
