My name is Megan Seco (She/Her) and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Long Beach, CA, and currently offering telehealth services. I work with adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma and specialize in working with the LGBTQ+, Neurodivergent, and BIPOC communities. I have found my style and approach is most effective for individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, Trauma (CPTSD/PTSD), grief and loss, attachment, and codependency challenges. I often work with LGBTQ+, Neurodivergent, and individuals navigating within marginalized communities.
