My name is Megan Segall and as a clinical social worker, I approach therapy with a sociological perspective and look at each individual with a fresh lens based on their unique circumstances. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages with varying issues. My treatment approach modalities include CBT, mindfulness, inner child work, trauma-focused CBT, motivational interviewing, and more. I have a laid-back approach.
