As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I approach therapy through a sociological lens—recognizing that each person’s experiences, struggles, and strengths are shaped not only by their internal world but also by the environments and systems around them. This perspective allows me to see the whole person in context, helping clients understand how social, cultural, and relational factors influence their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I work exclusive with teens and adults, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, providing a safe space for clients to explore and process their emotions as they work towards their goals.
