Hi! I am so excited that you are interested in starting therapy. I work with folks of all backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender expressions, and relationship styles (ages 13+). I have a particular passion for working with couples and other dynamics hoping to improve their relationship, as well as people struggling with anxiety, stress, and life adjustments/transitions. In therapy, you can expect to be heard and validated as you process the issues you’re experiencing, learn tools to manage them, and discover ways to reduce their overall impact on your life.
