My name is Megan. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have experience working with adults, couples, active and retired first responders and military with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, addiction and difficulty adjusting to life changes. Whether you are dealing with relationship issues, cycles of depression or anxiety or a need for behavioral changes such as substance use, I’d like to help you to develop the ability to manage/ regulate episodes, recognition of triggers and ability to share thoughts and feelings about past events.
