We all deserve to be seen, heard, and valued for the unique beings we are. My goal is to help you undo limiting beliefs and unpack social conditioning to become your most authentic and aligned self. I work with adults and teens 16+ and especially with people who suspect they may be dealing with perfectionism, co-dependence, and/or people pleasing. As a former CPS teacher, I also specialize in working with those in the teaching and helping professions and other individuals who struggle with anxiety, burnout, or secondary traumatic stress.
