Hi there! I'm Megan, and I'm a therapist specializing in working with individuals struggling with anxiety and/or the impact of trauma. I have a passion for working with those struggling with social anxiety and making authentic connections. It can be challenging to move past long-held beliefs that hold us back from living the life we want, especially when those beliefs are rooted in traumatic experiences. I support clients in moving past these beliefs and experiences in order to live a life not dominated by anxiety or trauma. In our first session, we will talk about what has brought you to therapy and goals for our time together. There is no pressure to have it all figured out in the first session, it will just be a starting point for our work together! We may also discuss your previous experiences with therapy (if any) and set expectations for treatment.
