I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maine. I have experience working with clients experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, anger, grief, adjustment issues, low self-esteem, needing help with navigating life transitions and personal relationships. I have worked with youth, teens, young adults, adults and the elderly. I am committed to meeting each client where they are without judgment. Together we will focus on finding solutions and developing coping mechanisms. I use a Strengths Based Approach along with Cognitive Behavioral Techniques.
