It’s exhausting to feel uneasy with others or even in your own body — to wonder if you’ll ever feel safe, grounded, or truly yourself. I work with older teens and adults who struggle with unease in relationships and doubt around others, who feel like they are somehow “wrong,” or who carry lingering effects of painful past experiences. These challenges can show up as chronic pain or illness, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck. I understand that a body that feels unsafe or uncooperative affects every aspect of life - AND change is possible.
