If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout or chronic health issues right now, know that you are not alone. Life can be very stressful at times. You should be proud you have finally decided to take the courageous (and I’m sure anxiety provoking…that’s perfectly normal) step to reach out for help. All of us get to that point where we need someone to come alongside us to help us feel better. I would be honored to take that next step with you. I can provide therapy from a Christian perspective for those that want this. I also have experience working with pastors and health care workers dealing with burnout.
