Supporting women's unique needs are a major passion of mine. Clients seek me out to address burnout, work/life balance, parenting challenges, and perinatal mental health needs. Therapists, entrepreneurs, and business leaders experience high levels of stress and often provide a lot of support to others but lack their own support. I step into that gap to help change that. I've been a business owner since 2016 and know how lonely it can feel. I am also highly trained to support adoptees and their families. I have over 20 years of experience working with children and families. I am a TBRI Practitioner.
