Hi there, and welcome! I am a NJ-based Associate Marriage + Family Therapist at Prologue Therapy and Relationship Counseling in Flemington, NJ. I work with individuals, couples, and families. Over the years, I have worked with clients in the community, home-based, and school settings. I chose to specialize in marriage + family therapy because the environment we grow up in impacts our relationships in all aspects of life. In sessions, I take an integrative approach, often using Structural Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Creative Play, and Culturally Sensitive Therapy. The tenets of improv comedy teach us to engage in active listening, the "Yes, and" concept, increasing social support, embracing imperfection and more. I also accomodate to all learning styles in the therapy room.
