I help clients gain insights viewing difficult circumstances through lenses of grief, trauma, or attachment and find language in situations when there are often no good words. I take an action-oriented approach to therapy offering education, support, and referrals when appropriate to help support you in processing your situation and problem solving as part of navigating moving forward in your journey. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am committed to collecting evidence-based "tools for my toolbox" to aid those grappling with finding the new normal after their worlds have shifted.
