I have found that all people need a safe space to explore the complexities of daily life and relationships. I have found great joy in partnering with clients to repair the parts of them that have been impacted by struggle, loss, conflict, and trauma as well as working with clients and their partners/families to restructure how people interact in order to make relationships feel accepting, supportive, and peaceful. I look forward to working with any client who is interested in and motivated to reflect upon themselves and build a strong connection to self in order to feel excitement and confidence. I consider myself a down to earth person who views therapy as a conversation with a focus on solutions and validating the challenges we all face. I am skilled in working with couples to repair cracks to the foundation of relationships as well as with individuals and families who have been impacted by substance abuse or trauma.
