When we experience pain in our lives, we are challenged to seek understanding and connection. My office is a place to be heard, seen, and met with that understanding, free from judgment. I appreciate how challenging it can be to make oneself vulnerable, and I'm committed to establishing a presence of safety and trust. I am experienced working with those encountering depression, suicidal ideation, substance abuse, the effects of trauma, and the existential challenges of life. I have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as with teachers and with college, graduate, and professional students.
