Hello! I'm so glad that you're here. My name is Megan Vaccaro and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I graduated from Wayne State University and have been counseling for 20 years. I work with individuals ages 6+, couples, and families on issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, behavior issues, family conflict, trauma/abuse, and parenting issues. My treatment approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy which works with challenging distorted thinking. It's helpful to know how to challenge negative thoughts in order to have more positive experiences.
