I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who truly believes in the power of connection to facilitate growth and healing. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, and the exploration of identity. I work with clients of all ages, but I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults, supporting each through life transitions, emotional challenges, and the beautiful yet sometimes messy journey of self-discovery.
