As a Licensed Associate Counselor and Licensed Associate Art Therapist, I offer a compassionate space for healing through talk therapy or creative expression. No art experience is needed—just an openness to explore. While I am in my first formal year of licensure, I bring with me over 800 hours of clinical experience, having had the privilege to work with individuals in intensive, outpatient, and community-based mental health settings. Together, we’ll tap into your true self, nourishing growth and healing in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I have supported individuals through loss of ability, life transitions, traumatic brain injury, and Aphasia. In an inclusive, adaptable environment, I empower clients to explore their inner world, find healing, and embrace transformation with self-love. I support the integration of mind, body, and spirit, fostering inner peace and acceptance.
