Hi, I’m Meghan. I’m a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), offering virtual therapy for adults across Colorado. My style is relational, trauma-informed, and integrative-grounded in clinical care and open to the deeper questions of healing. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in old cycles of people-pleasing, anxiety, or substance use.
