I specialize in working with people experiencing grief & loss, trauma, and am passionate about working with postpartum parents, pregnant people, fertility issues, miscarriage and baby & child loss, NICU experiences, and abortion. As someone who has experienced loss, I know how important it is to feel safe, seen, & heard. Saying goodbye and holding space for my loves and my losses has been woven into my life from a young age. I'm grateful to have learned to not shut away grief but instead to lean into it and grieve together. And this is what I bring to holding space for others. I let grief be whatever it needs to be. I lean in.
