Welcome and thank you for being here. Life can be so many things, beautiful, exciting, stressful, painful and overwhelming. Acknowledging and reaching out for support during times of stress, pain and intense emotion can be extremely difficult. You have already begun the work just by being here. The focus of my work is with individuals who experience symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, with a specialization in grief, loss, and perinatal/postpartum mental health.
