Hello! My name is Dr. Meghan Deneen, I provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. My hope is to build a strong connection with clients and support each person in exploring their sense of self, achieve goals, and learn to manage and cope effectively with the daily stressors of school, jobs, relationships, and whatever life may throw at us. Through a strong therapeutic relationship my goal is to help each client learn to advocate for themselves, express their strengths, and feel confident in who they are. We all have strength in us, and I hope to support you in finding yours.
