Maybe you have a sense of what life could be like if you were truly expressing yourself without fear or shame. Maybe you haven’t even let yourself dream about what that could look like—just yet. Maybe there are barriers in the way and you don’t know how to navigate through them. This is where I can be of help. I work with creative folks to more fully embrace their identities and better understand how their past impacts their present moment. I focus on social identity development, (ie gender, sexuality, etc) and sex therapy through a trauma-informed lens. Let’s work together so that you can cultivate a life that celebrates you!
