I deeply understand that stepping into a therapy room can be daunting and overwhelming. As a counselor, I strive to create a calm, supportive, and empathetic space where you can be your honest and authentic self. It can be unnerving and frightening to open up to a stranger, but I believe that the therapeutic relationship can be so healing. I am deeply passionate about working with people who struggle with body image issues and eating disorders. Struggles with food can feel like they will never end, but there is hope! I believe that together we can work on your struggles, fears, and past to create a more authentic and whole you.
