Making the decision to seek therapy, and finding the right provider for yourself are big steps on the path to healthy change. Like any healthy relationship, the therapeutic connection has to be rooted in trust. I hope to earn that trust with you by being present and engaged in our work together. I use a collaborative, insight oriented and solution focused approach to treatment. That might mean we have specific goals in mind, work to manage a diagnosis (like anxiety), or use the space to reflect on your experience of the week, what's going well and what could go better, or how to manage specific situations or relationships.
