Hi, I'm so glad that you're here! I believe everyone deserves a nonjudgmental space in their life where they are fully seen, heard, and supported; where individuals of all identities can fully show up as themselves. My goal is to create a safe space where shame is replaced with curiosity, and where lasting change can take root through understanding and self-compassion. Whether your focus is to explore and regulate your emotions, gain coping skills, manage emotional and interpersonal stress, build self-esteem, gain insight, or anything in between, I am committed to meeting my clients where they are at. I utilize a collaborative and relational process to help my clients learn important coping skills to create a more fulfilling life. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma informed. Basically, it means I think of you first and do my best to meet your needs, keeping your personality, values, and your real life in mind.
