Meghan Garrity Mastroianni is a licensed professional counselor (LPC), certified addictions counselor (CAC II) and Art Therapist (ATR) who has experience working with addictions, trauma, personality disorders, anxiety and depression. Meghan is trained as an art therapist and is able to offer this modality to help clients build insight and understanding when words are simply not enough. Meghan also utilizes motivational interviewing, ACT, CBT techniques and mindfulness to help clients understand their patterns, process challenges and build skills to help them cope.
