Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience helping young adults and teens with a variety of mental health concerns such as: anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorders, and crisis intervention. I also have experience working with chronic illness, chronic pain, and medical related trauma. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can feel better understood, supported, and confident.
