You are in the drivers seat! We focus on the important issues to you and the goals you would like to achieve most. I believe in offering a non-judgmental, safe, and confidential space for you to share what is needed most in that moment. I bring attention to the whole individual including the brain-body connection to help heal from our traumas in both parts of ourselves. This will help foster positivity, health, and wellness. My practice continues to focus on trauma, eating disorders, addiction and other mental health concerns. I respect and admire anyone with the self-awareness to make the call to come in. I truly enjoy working with teens and young adults to help them achieve their therapeutic goals including processing trauma, establishing coping skills, and more. I am consistently updating my trainings and practices and adapting to what is needed and best for each individual. I take a person centered and strengths based approach to help create changes.
