My therapeutic approach is warm, inviting and down to earth while being rooted in mutual collaboration, empathy and respect. With over 15 years experience, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults and families with concerns including: anxiety & depression, school problems, parenting and family issues, neurodiverse children and adolescents & those with special needs, individual and generational family trauma, aging & caregiver support, and grief & bereavement.
