It can feel easy to get stuck in a rut in this day and age: wake up, do what is expected of you, and rinse and repeat tomorrow. I work with adult and teen clients who are hoping to break this cycle in and build joy back into their lives. Anxiety, depression, and trauma are strong forces that often keep us from the things that are truly important to us. It is my hope that I can help you as you break free from those strongholds and find peace and joy in your life once again.
