I work collaboratively with adults struggling from depression, trauma, and/or anxiety. Feelings of hopelessness, knowing that you are all alone, and being terrified that your life has no purpose. It takes everything in you to get out of bed in the mornings only to feel like your life is not even worth it. Fear of loosing yourself and all those who once cared about you. I get it. I understand how awful it is right now. I can help take you somewhere else.
