I’m glad you’re here! People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons, and they look different for everyone—things like anxiety, depression, trauma, tough thoughts, or questions about identity, including sexual orientation or gender. I’m here to help you feel heard and supported, and to work with you to build tools and balance at a pace that feels right. While also providing resources and skill building in a supportive environment.
