I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor offering trauma-informed, integrative therapy for children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, and various mental health challenges. I take a holistic approach that integrates both physical and emotional well-being. I believe in treating the whole person, mind, body and spirit. I work collaboratively to create a calm, supportive space where therapy is thoughtfully paced and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I integrate EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to support emotional processing and regulation.
