I like to create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where clients can share openly and feel empowered as experts in their lives. My therapeutic approach is Solution-focused and Strengths-based within a Cognitive Behavioral framework. My style is client-centered and adaptable to each individual's unique needs and goals from therapy. Through therapy, my goal is to partner with you, while utilizing evidenced-based practices, to improve your insight and coping, achieve your goals for therapy, and, ultimately, improve the quality of your life.
