I specialize in working with people of all ages on the Autism Spectrum as well as their families and care givers. They come to therapy wanting support around interpersonal challenges and wanting to build social skills as well as targeting more proportional and functional reactions to life's challenges. Family members of people with ASD are seeking guidance with their unique challenges of supporting a loved one with ASD and also managing their own stress. I also work with people presenting with mood and anxiety disorders seeking symptom reduction and healthy coping skills and also insight into their mental health challenges.
