Hi, I’m Meghan! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Registered Play Therapist. My professional background as a Therapist and School Social Worker for over 15 years has enhanced my skills in assisting Children and Teens with mental health struggles. I am passionate about providing a therapeutic environment that is engaging, focused on positive change, and validating. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach to help individuals and families cope with challenges such as ADHD, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Depression, Grief and Loss, Mood Dysregulation, Relationship Issues, School Challenges, and Trauma. I specialize in Play Therapy (age 5 and up), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Sports Performance and Mindfulness practices. My experience in Schools has provided me extensive knowledge in Education and School Advocacy. In addition, I bring over 10 years of experience coaching and working with high school athletes.
