Coming to therapy can be hard. My goal is to make therapy and coaching a positive experience. I work mainly with all addictions including sex, porn and gambling as well as relationship issues, couples work and anxiety. I also work with couples having relationship concerns and those seeking premarital counseling. I offer life coaching for those looking to break negative life patterns and those that are having a hard time managing life transitions. I also specialize in teen issues as well as transgender and identity issues and are certified to do phone and video sessions.
