Hi, I’m Meghan! I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Illinois, and a therapist specializing in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety treatment. Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy that involves engaging with fears in a gradual and supported manner, is the cornerstone of my approach. Prior to specializing in OCD and anxiety, I worked in domestic violence services, community mental health, and mood and anxiety partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs.
