Together, we’ll explore strategies that fit your needs, strengthen your ability to cope, and help you reconnect with yourself so you can move forward with greater clarity and ease. I am a trauma-focused, EMDR trained therapist working with adults managing daily stressors, grief, and trauma. I use a variety of modalities depending on the individual's needs and goals. I also have a passion for working with women experiencing infertility. I've been through it myself and you need and deserve support.
